Now that you have booked a time contact your loved one living with us, you will receive an email to show that your booking was received.
Once we get to view your booking and review your healthcare questionnaire we will send a followup email to confirm your appointment.
If however we are not satisfied that the result of your booking we feel that it is not appropriate to have a visit at this time we may have to reject the request.
At all times we put the health and well being of our residents and staff as our primary responsibility.
